Hello, I’m Thomas, and I’ve been passionate about weightlifting since I was 14!
Since 2014, I’ve had the opportunity to try out many things on myself and on numerous clients who achieved great results. That’s what I’ll be sharing with you on this blog!
I’ll cover a wide range of topics here to help you reach your goals and, if you’re looking for it, achieve a noteworthy physical transformation. Weightlifting, nutrition, mindset, lifestyle—everything revolving around weightlifting and personal development, both physically and mentally, I’ll delve into it with my personal touch. My approach is not to copy hundreds of thousands of other blogs or YouTubers, but to share my own experiences from years of studying and, most importantly, practicing.
